Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are accepted up to 14 days before the departure date.

The amount for holiday package flight tickets cannot be refunded after payment and booking confirmation.

Tourist services (hotel, transportation, sightseeing) can be canceled free of charge if canceled 14 days before the departure date.

50% of the booking value will be deducted for cancellations made between 10 to 14 days before the departure date.

The full booking value will be deducted for cancellations made less than 10 days before the departure date.

The full booking value will be deducted in case of no-show or early departure.

Booking rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

SDR Travel & Tourism reserves the right to modify or change the hotel to another of the same category in case of emergencies, such as room unavailability or hotel cancellations.

SDR Travel & Tourism is not responsible for completing travel visa procedures for holiday packages. Travelers are responsible for carrying all travel-related documents.
