By accessing and using the SDR Travel & Tourism website “TRAVEL.SDR.OM“, you agree to accept, without modification or restrictions, all the terms and conditions in this agreement. These terms and conditions become effective as soon as they are posted on the website and will not have any retroactive effect on any previously made reservations.

You must read these terms and conditions each time to ensure that you are aware of all the preceding terms and conditions. Accordingly, continued use is considered your agreement to any changes in the terms and conditions.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to adhere to all our specific terms and conditions, which include, but are not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due while considering all rules regarding price availability, products, services, fees, estimated tax value, and more.

Compensation and Limitation of Liability

In any case, SDR Travel & Tourism will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or other damages (including but not limited to loss of job opportunities, loss of expected revenue, loss of expected profits, loss of any financial or non-financial interest, or any other kind of damage) that may arise from this agreement or the website. In no case, SDR Travel & Tourism, its partners, employees, or suppliers are responsible for all damages, liabilities, and losses.

You also acknowledge that SDR Travel & Tourism offers services through this website solely for the purpose of facilitating the highest level of service for you and is not the final service provider for you. Therefore, it cannot be held responsible for any deficiencies or shortcomings in the services provided by any party (airlines, travel and tour organizers, hotels, facilities, or any similar agencies) you deal with or rent through the information available on the website.

If this agreement or any other law states otherwise, the liability value assumed by SDR Travel & Tourism (as compensation for you or others) will not exceed the invoice amount paid.

Credit Card Use

Payments can be made through MasterCard, Visa, and prepaid cards. You can also include other travelers in your booking through our website. We make the utmost effort to maintain confidentiality when making online payments, including the confidentiality of credit card information and personal information. All your personal information is encrypted when making online transactions. In case of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by a third party, most banks and credit card companies bear the risks and cover all consequences arising from such fraud or misuse, and you can contact your bank for a refund.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made online through our Payment Processor “Thawani Pay“. Payment online is made through a link sent from the SDR Travel & Tourism, and through the “Thawani Pay” domain, For more information on ‘Thawani Pay‘s’ terms and conditions, please Click Here. (We currently accept GCC Cards only). Cash deposits can be made to SDR Travel & Tourism‘s account at: Bank Name: Bank Muscat, Account Number: 0303060105970019, Account Name: ALSUDAIRI INTERNATIONAL, Swift Code: BMUSOMRX. Direct payment can be made at the SDR Travel & Tourism agency’s office located in North Ghubrah, 40 St, Sultanate of Oman, and a receipt will be provided at that time. SDR Travel & Tourism will not be responsible for any amounts paid using any method other than those mentioned.

The user guarantees and agrees when starting the payment transaction and/or when issuing any payment instructions that:

  • They have a legal and full right to use the credit/debit card or bank account for the mentioned transactions.
  • They are responsible for the accuracy of the card/account information they provide.
  • They authorize the deduction of the required amounts from the card/bank account to settle the amounts due to the SDR Travel & Tourism Agency.
  • They are responsible for ensuring the availability of sufficient amounts in the card/bank account for payment, allowing for the settlement of the due amounts or payment of the selected bills, as well as paying any imposed fees.
    General Provisions

General Provisions

Before booking, you must consult with local authorities in your country, evaluate restrictions, warnings, travel announcements, and reports published before booking any trips to certain international destinations that may carry higher risks. You will bear all the consequences regarding costs and repercussions, especially when traveling to specific destinations where risks may be higher.

Family and Group Package Terms

Firstly, SDR Travel & Tourism commits to:

  1. Make every effort to implement the agreed-upon programs according to the attached plan.
  2. Book hotels in accordance with applicable terms.
  3. Confirm round-trip flight bookings in accordance with applicable terms.
  4. Provide a Supervisor or a Tour Guide during the program.
  5. Provide airport transfers.
  6. Organize guided tours in each city with a dedicated tour bus as per the attached plan.
  7. Cover entrance fees to tourist attractions included in the attached plan, except for programs labeled as optional.

Secondly, the client must:

  1. Follow the instructions provided for the trip and explain them to family members.
  2. Adhere to Islamic ethics and religious etiquette throughout the trip.
  3. Dress modestly and appropriately at all times during the program, ensuring that clothing is long and loose.
  4. Be punctual according to the Tour Guide / Supervisor’s specified meeting times.

Thirdly, the family is responsible for:

  1. Their personal belongings during the entire trip.
  2. Ensuring the safety of their children and family, especially during swimming, excursions, and various activities.
  3. Any damage or loss resulting from any family member.
  4. Health-related injuries (God forbid), as the amount paid does not include any travel insurance.
  5. Compliance with general instructions.

Additional Terms:

The responsibility for obtaining an entry visa lies solely with the customer, and the agency bears no responsibility in case of non-issuance or delays from the embassy.
Governmental matters, whether within the Sultanate of Oman or the destination country, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SDR Travel & Tourism is not responsible for emergency situations such as security incidents, natural disasters, and others.
The customer will be subject to the airline’s policies without any liability on our part.
Adjacent and connecting rooms are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

All reserved rooms are standard rooms, and there is no commitment to a specific view.
If you wish to change your room for any reason, please contact us or the hotel directly, subject to availability.
Triple rooms are the same size as standard rooms with an extra sofa bed inside the room. The third bed is an additional one and not like the other beds.
Hotel room check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and check-out time is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM according to international hotel standards. We are not committed to different times, regardless of flight arrival or departure times. If you wish, you can book an additional day at your expense, subject to the hotel’s availability.
The boarding pass, seat selection on the plane, and excess baggage are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case you desire special airport services (a specific plane seat, a wheelchair, or any other services), you are solely responsible for arranging them with the airline.

Compliance with the flight supervisor’s instructions is mandatory for all family members.
Do not inconvenience any of the participants with words or actions.
In case of absence from a program or activity during the trip, there will be no refund for the activity or program.
If the customer wishes to interrupt the trip for any reason after it has started, all costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for rescheduling their booking with the airline based on the ticket issued to them, subject to the airline’s pricing, and for bearing the transportation cost to the airport.

Each family is assigned a number of adjacent seats on the bus equivalent to the number of passengers, and the seating location on the bus for each family is determined by the trip management, and it is not the right of the second party to specify a specific location on the bus.
In case of the participant or any of his family members not adhering to the trip’s obligations and rules, the trip management has the right to exclude the family from the trip. Only the transportation amount (5 Omani Riyals per person per day) for the remaining days will be refunded, with the right to retain the hotels, travel tickets, and the value of the remaining excursion tickets, and they are not allowed to accompany the group.

We are an organizing and marketing entity, and in case of any shortcomings on the service provider’s part, we do not bear responsibility, and the customer should refer to the service provider.
By registering through the website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, canceling any other agreements or promises between the two parties.
In case of cancellation:
Tickets are entirely non-refundable and will be delivered to the second party, with their value deducted from the refundable amount.
Cancellation before the travel date (from 21 to 30 days) incurs a 20% deduction from the total program amount, with the remainder refunded.
Cancellation before the travel date (from 20 to 11 days) incurs a 50% deduction from the total program amount, with the remainder refunded.
Cancellation within 10 days of the travel date results in a full deduction of the program amount.

Air Travel

Air Travel Booking Policy:

The total price includes all taxes except for airport taxes or other applicable fees payable at the airport.
You must pay the total amount due to confirm the booking.
No refund for missed flights or partially used tickets.
Infant tickets, for children under 24 months of age, must ensure that the child’s age at the time of travel and return is less than 24 months. Infants must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 18 years.
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Any changes or cancellations in the flight date are the responsibility of the airline.
Request for meals, frequent flyer miles, and special services are to be made directly to the airline and are subject to acceptance or rejection.
Passengers must comply with all the rules and restrictions of the airline regarding the travel of pregnant women.
Please contact the airline for information on its travel policies. Passengers will not be able to request a refund if the airline prevents any passenger from traveling in accordance with its terms. For any information related to your travel, please contact the airline directly.

Completing Travel Procedures:
Passengers must arrive at the airport and complete travel procedures at least 3 hours before departure. Delayed arrival for any reason is the responsibility of the passenger.
You are responsible for preparing and providing all the required documents during your trip, such as a valid passport, entry visa, transit visa for transiting between two countries, and other documents. SDR Travel & Tourism does not bear any responsibility for not being allowed to board the plane.
All official and governmental departure procedures and any modifications (including, but not limited to, consent for those under 21 or women, exit and return, passport validity, and more) are the responsibility of the customer.
The entry visa and its validity for the destination are the customer’s sole responsibility.

Cancellation and Modification of Booking:
If you wish to make any modifications or changes or cancel your booking, the airline’s systems and penalties are applicable, and the class and price may differ, with a none fixed additional administrative fee per ticket.
Some reservations are non-changeable or non-refundable, depending on the airlines’ policies.

Refund of Amount:
The refund request for the ticket value due to cancellation is made after approval by the airlines and according to their terms. In most cases, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, and in some cases, it may take up to 30 business days, depending on the airline. We will refund the booking amount that you have paid, minus the booking cancellation fees, only if the booking amount is returned to us by the airline or your flight service provider.
